Well organized. I do think they are to quick to loose good candidates in the prescreen process, however with the many applicants employers receive for every open these days I'm sure it's just plain hard to deal with the sheer volume. I had an initial telephone interview with the hiring manager and two weeks later I had a 1:1 interview and a subsequent interview with his peer.
