I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PayPal (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2015
Interview
Applied via CV and cover letter. Had a reply the same week regarding my availability. Got offered an interview (via Skype because currently studying abroad) 2 weeks later.
Interview: Relaxed and informal.
Interview was on the Friday and had a reply by Monday afternoon!
Overall the interview process went well.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A combination of questions about my out of work interests and experiences e.g. travelling, playing music etc. and job specific questions e.g. how would I sell the brand to merchants? how would I go about performing audits on potential merchants? etc.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at PayPal
Interview
Took about 6 weeks from start to finish. Extremely slow process. Very strange recruiting process. Several interviews with several team leads, one can't make any kind if decision. No drug testing, but do background check. Very strange.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The management has come up with a set criteria of questions. Very archaic and not optimal to the diversity of sales reps.
