Glassdoor users rated their interview experience at PayPal as 100% positive with a difficulty rating score of 2.5 out of 5 (where 5 is the highest level of difficulty). Candidates interviewing for Analista Contable and HR Manager rated their interviews as the hardest, whereas interviews for Analista Contable and HR Manager roles were rated as the easiest.
Had an HR screening call, followed by a technical interview. It was an intense Q and A themed interview with rapid fire questions from the beginning to the end. I would say it was pretty exhausting.

1. There is a pistol and two bullet in it both are placed at alternative cylinders and you flip the cylinder and then shoot. Person is still alive so you give him chance to choose if he want you to flip or shoot directly. What will he choose and why?
2. How can you optimize the dispute resolution workflow on PayPal's platform? When a customer raises a dispute through their bank, it costs PayPal three times more. How can you reduce these costs while improving the overall dispute resolution process?
3. Swiggy currently partners with 100 restaurants and 100 delivery partners. The business decides to onboard 100 additional restaurants, leading to increased delivery times and cold food, resulting in a growing number of customer complaints. How would you enhance the customer experience?

3 technical rounds and what should've been one Hiring Manager round turned out to be two. Im guessing they over hired and needed to get rid of me.
They took my documentation, pay slips, appraisal data from last 2 years(consistent top performer, i.e., highest appraisal rating at a very respectable product company, and small time OSS contributor btw), took another HM round(2 in total) and ghosted me. Hope your recruiters grow a spi11ne. Added PayPal to my blacklist :)
