Then there was a pair interview. The atmosphere was ok, a little snobish.

Question 1
How would you delete an item from a linked list when all you get is the item itself.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PayPal (Berlín) in Jan 2012
Interview
Three rounds: 1.Phone interview 2.manager interview 2.group & case discussion. 1.Focus on culture fit with HR; 2. Skill interview with manager; 3. Typical sales situation with team
Pressure was rather low and personal fit in all interviews was most important. People are rather empathic and open.Generally speaking the atmosphere was very constructive and open. It seems that PayPal always tries to play the good guys. Nothing bad to say about the entire recruiting process. As advice, I would recommend to deeply confront yourself with the product and competition.
