PayPal interview questions

The hiring manager from the USA contacted me, interviewed me and then scheduled a F2F interview with the Manager of the position in the Mexico City offices. I got there and that person was completely unprofessional, rude and made me feel I was wasting her time, I asked her questions and received short answers like "no, yes, maybe" Of course after this I received a letter from the hiring manager telling me they were moving forward with other candidates. I feel there was a lack of communication between the hiring manager and the manager of the position.
