PayPal interview questions

My Interview was scheduled at 10 a.m. I was on time. The HR, I was supposed to report was not in office. She called me around 10:30 to inform that she will be there in 30 mins and said that some other person will be directing me. Around 11:30, I was told that I was being searched for Round1. Gone through 4 rounds on the same day and I was Informed that I will receive a call for Managerial Round. After the exhausting day, I thought I was through all rounds and waited for the Managerial round for a week. I realised something was off. I tried to contact the HR through the mail. I didn't get any reply. Later, when I called her and asked the same, she said some lame reason and she will be calling back in 15 mins. Well, didn't get the call back!! I wonder if the HR's were directed to handle this way instead telling the candidate is not through the interview. At least, they should tell us if we didn't get selected or else stop saying "will Inform you or will keep you posted".

There were 5 rounds of technical interviews with each round about 1 hr or so. Questions were mostly focused on design, coding, and algorithms etc. Very few questions related to technologies and previous projects.
