It was a good experience and fair process; it consisted for phone screen with HR, then with hiring manager and then daylong panel with cross-functional team and 2 levels above

Really intense. Went on for about 6 weeks. Spoke with over 20 people. But a great opportunity to learn about the complex matrixed org and the politics you're walking into

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PayPal (São Paulo, ) in Apr 2013

Interview

I applied through Linked In Jobs. Within weeks HR representative contacted me through email. Got 1st interview with HR consultant and 2nd interview with US Marketing Director. The role was to manage marketing positioning and partnerships to broaden PayPal penetration in Brazil. People were nice and very informal. Questions were all about details on personal experience and job history.
