PayPal Intern interview questions

Data science intern interview. One recruiter reached out to me and scheduled the first round of phone interviews. The first interview was with a data scientist of the team I was interviewing for. She asked me technical questions about machine learning, fraud detection, and SQL theory questions. Then she asked me a few advanced level SQL queries. I thought I answered them well. After that, I had another phone interview with a product manager. He asked me behavioral questions and how high I would rate myself in SQL, Python, and AWS. He also asked me to explain two of my projects. After two days, I received an invitation for the final round of interviews with the senior product manager of the team. It was a video interview and focused on my knowledge about payment risks and the e-commerce domain. He asked me open-ended questions on how I can detect and prevent payment frauds in various scenarios and which algorithms, technologies I would use and why. I thought I did well and the manager seemed impressed with my answers. However, I received rejection email after 4 days.
