Talked to hiring manager after initial screen with HR. Process went smoothly. Content of tech screen was surprising -- did not seem like a good fit. Overall the interview process took several weeks to get to that point.

I applied online. Was contacted by a recruiter 1 month later asking for availability for a 30 minute screen with the hiring manager. To my surprise, the 'screen' consisted of highly specialized machine learning questions and no questions about my background or prior experience. Without being prepared for such an interview this early in the hiring process, it quickly became obvious that I wasn't what they were looking for.

Do not apply here. They only hire their friends. The interview process is a formal process to show they are actively hiring people but they are not. I answered all questions in data science, mathematics, python and SQL and yet no offer.
This should be investigated.
