Aplique a través de la pagina de PayPal. Me contacto el equipo de reclutamiento y posteriormente fui recomendada por alguien interno.
El de reclutamiento me hizo muy pocas preguntas y se tomo 20 minutos. Me pidió opciones de horario en dos ocasiones para la siguiente ronda y después de eso, me dejo de contestar. Jamás supe de la persona, aún cuando yo le estaba dando seguimiento.

Interview
After a very smooth start into the process, it unfortunately became more and more a nightmare. I got referred by a friend of mine working at PayPal already and had an initial interview with a team lead promptly.
Then, I was invited to an interview with several decision makers from PayPal. It was a very pleasant round and inspiring. I always had the feeling that I was communicating on an equal footing. The goal was to present a business case and answer behavioural & competency related questions.
Afterwards, I was contacted by the Talent Acquisition Team. In this conversation, the basics were discussed again (possible start date, salary expectations, etc.).
After 1 1/2 weeks followed up with TA and I was told another interview would follow. It was a 20 min discussion, again with behavioural questions. I considered this interview to be the last one and was expecting feedback very soon. Unfortunately I did not hear anything from PayPal. I’ve contacted 2 people from the TA team 2 times without any response. After catching up with my friend from PayPal I finally got a message from TA, waiting for 3 weeks after having the previous interview.
In the end I got an automated rejection without any detailed information nor feedback on my application.
After a total of 4 rounds of interviews (and a 7 week long process), I was expecting a more personal note. Also when asking for qualified feedback afterwards I did not receive any response.
Actually, I would have not expected this from a well-known company like PayPal.

Interview
Terrible interview process. I spoke with the recruiter for another position I applied for, she told me that my skills were not matching the job so if I was interested in another position. I actually was, so told me she was reaching out to another recruiter to schedule a phone call with hiring managers. After a few days, I received an email mentioning that the interview process was frozen for a while. She reached out to me 2 weeks later and scheduled an interview with 2 hiring managers. The interview went well, it was smooth and there was a good atmosphere but never heard from them again.
I emailed the recruiter and I received no word, so disrespectful.
