I had first a phone interview, witch I was asked about my experience working with customers. After I had a interview in the office, where I was asked about my background working in a call centre and I also had to give some examples about my last job.

Describe a situation where you could not deal very well with the customer, and how did you deal with it in the end?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PayPal (Chandler, AZ) in Oct 2011
Interview
It was very fast. I was referred by an employee there and got an email to setup an interview the next night. The interview was one on one with a manager after taking a serious of proficiency tests on typing / internet explorer / word processing. The interviewer was very easy to talk to and the process went very smooth. One of my more comfortable interviews of my career.
