After being selected, I received an email to complete an assessment (3 multiple choice questions, two prompts to write in French, and a typing test in English). The assessment was very easy so a week later I was set on a phone screen interview.
Unfortunately, this interview was probably the worst I have ever had, and will strongly agree with the other reviews that the recruiter had no intention to establish rapport or conversation of any sorts. It was robotic and senseless, it made me feel like I was stuck on those customer service robot calls with yes-no questions, rehashing the full job description. Is that the “no bound by convention” slogan they like to say to live up to?
The rest of the interview was led on very negatively, and poorly.
