Submit CV and cover letter and answer some simple questions on your experience. They reply automatically to say that they will consider your application and if you don't hear back within 4 weeks it's a no (i.e. they ghost you). Very disappointing that they cannot even be bothered to notify candidates with a basic or automatic email.
