Parexel Medical Writer interview questions

The phone screening process was standard with the recruiter. The interview process with a hiring manager came next. It was standard as well with them asking you about yourself, and for you to state your medical writing experience. I was also asked to give an example of how I would handle a situation where I might have a conflict with a work situation. The interview appeared to go well and I was told that they were still interviewing candidates and that I should hear back from them within a few day with their decision on whether they would proceed with my candidacy or not. After about a week, I was informed via e-mail that they had decided to go with another candidate who was more of a "fit" for what they were looking for. I was actually interviewed by the company several times, and each time I was not selected to move forward. No reason was given other than that. Yet, periodically, they will still reach out to me to fulfill their interview quota. I have since moved on and will never interview with them again since I am obviously not what they're looking for, though I do have the applicable experience and the desire to do the necessary work to fulfill their job requirements and to adapt to company policies and procedures.

I applied in the march 2017 through referral. After shortlisting my profile, first round of the interview was conducted i.e HR interview (telephonic) . After that second round of interview was conducted which is technical round (telephonic ally.) After clearing the second the round personal interview was conducted with the senior managers followed by written test (completely related to medical writing). complete process took almost 2 to 3 months. The interview process was very long.
