Parexel interview questions

I received a call from HR within a week of applying. The first round was a basic screening where they asked about my background. The second round was a technical interview with the Clinical Operations Manager. They asked questions about ICH-GCP, patient recruitment, protocol deviations, and adverse event reporting.

I went through two interviews with recruiters and one with the hiring manager and a team member. Everyone involved in the process was incredibly kind and professional. Although I didn’t meet the requirements for the role and didn’t receive an offer, I’m very grateful for the opportunity to interview. It was a positive experience overall, and I truly appreciated the respectful and transparent communication throughout the process.
