Parexel interview questions

I applied online and was contacted by a recruter about a week later. A week after that I had a skype interview and was offered the position a week after that.

Deeply disappointed with this company and their treatment of candidates! It took 3 weeks from application to receive initial invitation to interview, then 2.5 weeks after interview to receive invitation for second interview. A month and a half and we are still going through the interview process.....there appears to be no urgency or respect for candidates at all. The actual interview was very poorly organised, and the interviewer was not able to answer my questions. They asked if I had questions, then when I asked what the hiring manager's view was on the top 3 challenges the incumbent would need to lead the team through, the hiring manager became agitated and refused to answer. From interview, this is not a company I would wish to work for!
