Average - normal interview - friendly people to interview with. I was coming from a different industry, but with similar job specifics (contract drafting, previous experience in working with Budgets). People were really interested in discovering my skills and see how can these apply in the future job.

I was asked to describe a situation at work and what were the taken steps.
Phone call with HR. They asked many questions but did not care to hear my response. Keep saying uh huh yeah distracting my train of thought. It was very fast and you could tell they were weaving through people.

had a quick screening call first of around 20/30min and was invited to a video interview with the recruiter. Didn’t pass to next phase due to availability but overall experience was good

no chance to have one even if I hold a law degree obtained in a prestigious University from another country, with an excellent mark, and despite the fact that experience was not mentioned in the job advertisement. They rejected my application via e-mail
