I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Parexel (Billerica, MA) in Feb 2016
Interview
There were 3 separate interviews. The first was conducted by the hiring manager who asked questions about my skill set and past experience. The second was a manager from a different team that asked me very typical interview questions "greatest strength" etc. The last interview was a peer interview by one of the team members, he asked me more personal questions and work style.

Question 1
I was provided scenarios and asked how I would resolve them. The scenarios were not too complex.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Parexel (Durham, NC) in Jan 2014
Interview
Started with a phone interview with corporate recruiter, about 4 weeks after I applied online. Interview went well, I was clearly qualified and had the experience to successfully execute the role, so I was excited for the next step. Recruiter to me to contact her if I didn't hear from the Hiring Manager within a week. Heard nothing, so contacted the recruiter. She said they hadn't looked at my resume yet, wait another week. A week goes past, no word, so I contacted the recruiter again. No response from the recruiter this time. No response. Sent another email, no response. 5 weeks after my initial phone interview, a different recruiter called me to set up another interview. I thought it was weird but whatever. Two hours before our scheduled conversation the second recruiter emailed me to tell me the position had been filled.
This was by far the worst interview/hiring experience I have ever been apart of. If you read the reviews on this company and say to yourself 'It can't be that bad', well, it is. Good luck if you try to get a job with this organization.
