I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Parexel (Chandigarh)
Interview
I have applied for the drug safety associate position back in February, and got a call from HR after one month and alter, they scheduled an interview after couple of days. I reached the venue on time; however, they made me sit for more than 1 hour. Later, when I was called in, they said directly that I am not suitable for the post (they had my CV beforehand calling me for the interview, they why they called me in), but for the sake of interview, let's do some work. They asked me to introduce myself, followed by my past work experience. They asked only 2 technical questions regarding course work. They they asked to open a word file, asked me to type, and asked me how to increase the font size. Later, asked me to work on Excel sheet, and I Did one and I didn't know about another one. Later, they asked me about my previous salary and do I need to negotiate, to which I said, I am fine with according to company norms, (they were offering less than my previous salary). In the end, they said you are done for the day, and our HR will let you know via call. And you know the obvious answer to that sentence. :)

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Parexel (Research Triangle Park, NC)
Interview
It started with 3 phone interviews over a 2 week period and then a 3 hr , staggered in person interview with 3 different people. It was exhausting and draining and all of the interviewers asked the SAME questions. The usual behavior style questions nothing out of the ordinary just the same ones,They all gave off this palpable level of being very stressed and strained.,when it was FINALLY over I knew I DID NOT want to work there.

Question 1
No really difficult or challenging questions...they were just redundant.
