I applied on Parexel's site and was invited to a phone interview with the talent acquisition partner 2 weeks later. The interview was in English and went smoothly, with questions about my previous experiences, why I wanted to leave my current job, salary expectations, why I wanted to join Parexel. The recruiter was very empathetic.
After 2 weeks I was invited to a MS Teams interview with the Line Managers. It was in my native language with questions about my career, expectations about the job, self behavior, my expectations for the future and group work, experience with English and also some questions in English about my career.
