Parexel Clinical Data Analyst interview questions

Job was obtained through a recruitment agency. Selection process involved the submission of my CV, this was followed very shortly by an interview at the location of work. The actual interview format for this particular role was a panel, made up of HR and two line managers with the department. (Be careful of HR when negotiating salary, can be very cut throat... know your value and stick to it. Will say thing which are not true i.e. bonus. The Berlin hub very rarely pay a bonus, also not everyone get one and there is no clear structure of how it applied!
