Paramount Vice President interview questions

I have not interviewed for 10 years so I don't know what their interview process is like. In the old days it was pretty unstructured, with no specific questions; more of a casual "get to know you" kind of process. The questioning was friendly and casual. Then again management was much less demanding than it is now.
