Paramount Senior Director Business Strategy interview questions

Had a phone interview with HR which went well, then 1:1 interview with hiring manager wich lasted about 90 minutes and I thought went well also. Did not receive any communication back, neither by phone nor in writing, followed up with HR 1-2 times and then gave up; have never heard back from them almost a year later. I wish they would have had at least the sensibility to call me back and to let me know the outcome (either way) since I have spent significant time interviewing. Not a good experience.
