Paramount Pictures interview questions

Contacted by phone from HR and 1:1 interview (1 HR Manager and 2 Hiring manager) Nice campus and friendly mangers. I got the rejection on the spot since one of manger thinks I don't have some skills he was looking for. I did not depend myself.

Multiple interviews with various teams in the department. Everyone was very friendly, dress is informal/business-casual. Asked what I knew about the industry and if there were any good marketing campaigns that caught my eye. I was made aware of the position through employee referral so I already had that in my favor.
