After applying I heard back one month later, the interview was informal and a little awkward but I felt the team and I weren't aligned and that's why. After getting declined for this position, the recruiter pivoted and offered for me to interview with a team that better aligns with my future goals! It's refreshing to see a recruiter who cares and wants me in a team I can connect with better.

I had three interviews on one day with different members on the team at the office building. Each last for around half an hour. The interview question is straight forward.
