Interview
Was called by HR to interview, and was brought in immediately. I was sent first to the team the position was with, and interviewed briefly with all the members of the very small group, didn't meet with HR at all. Was called back for a second round, being told "HR interview first, then interview with the head of the team". After meeting with HR to discuss salary and hiring timeline, I met again with the team, but the head of the team was "busy", so I was told we would have to reschedule. Weeks went by and after attempting to reach out to HR I never heard anything.
It was quick. Very clear you need to know someone to get in. Lot of questions were based on personality and ability to work in team environment. Only had to interview with executive.

It was a long process, took around 4 months. The interviews were great, they asked me a lot of questions about entertainment and what I can bring to the table from my previous jobs.

Interview
I was interning at a production company on the Paramount lot and began meeting with an HR person. His office got me an interview with an Executive in Physical Production. The interview was very pleasant. I was asked about my experience in film production and for my "craziest set story." We talked for several minutes but ultimately they didn't feel I had enough experience at the time to move forward. I was notified later by email.
