There were two rounds of behaviorals and there weren’t too many technicals on finance. The environment was very casual and very lenient and there were two short 30 minute interviews. The process took a week and Human Resources was very helpful throughout the process.
I applied in February, was asked to answer additional questions via email in March, asked to do an HR interview followed immediately by department interview (both 30min by phone) in May, received offer mid-May

Got a phone call from HR asking about resume, excel abilities and preference between operations and finance departments. One week later got a call from the team I eventually worked for and another potential employer. The interview lasted for about an hour, very chill experience, learned a lot about the potential employers and about their practice.
