I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paramount (New York, NY) in May 2021
Interview
Four interviews, with each member of team in corporate strategy. Met with VP, director, other managers. Easy experience but company is struggling with strategy. Next time would have liked them to move quicker with offer as that took awhile and wasn’t quite market

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paramount in Feb 2021
Interview
This was by far the worst and probably most illegal interview I have had. I was scheduled to meet with a VP for a manager role about two weeks in advance. The VP showed up several minutes late for the call. The first thing she says is that she has been busy and didn't look at my resume beforehand, but she'll look now. She tells me that they have a strong internal candidate but want to interview external candidates for full coverage. The VP asked me why I wanted to work there and I responded for about a minute. She then said that a "work fire" came up and said she had to end the interview less than 5 minutes into it. I never received an invite to continue. I suspect this was a sham interview to meet the legal requirements before hiring their internal candidate.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paramount in Jan 2022
Interview
Was approached by recruiter on Linked In, then had a 15 minute screening call with a recruiter followed by 1 hr long video call interview with department head. Process took only about a week.
