HR representative reached out to me for a phone screen that took 15 min, super chill and nice woman. I was referred to the team on the west coast where they had more openings and had another 15 min with another HR rep, and it was an equally pleasant experience. No further interviews conducted.

The Paramount internship interview went really well, and I felt like it was a great conversation overall. I really enjoyed getting to learn more about the role and sharing more about my background and interest in sports production.

Interview
There was one AI text-based interview, a phone screening with a recruiter over a month later, then a Zoom call with the hiring manager. I got the results a week after meeting with the hiring manager.
The first call will be with a recruiter; they'll go over which team you'll be joining. Second is a panel interview with the rest of the staff at the location.
