Interview
I applied online and received an email asking for a phone screening a month later. After the phone screening, my resume was passed on to the department of my interest that had an open position. I had a phone interview three weeks later with two department supervisors. A month after that I received a phone call offering me the position.
The Paramount internship interview went really well, and I felt like it was a great conversation overall. I really enjoyed getting to learn more about the role and sharing more about my background and interest in sports production.

Interview
There was one AI text-based interview, a phone screening with a recruiter over a month later, then a Zoom call with the hiring manager. I got the results a week after meeting with the hiring manager.
The first call will be with a recruiter; they'll go over which team you'll be joining. Second is a panel interview with the rest of the staff at the location.
