4 rounds in total including recruiter. Was able to get to the panel interview (3rd round) which was just with the hiring manager (again) and another Senior RPA Developer. I think the Senior RPA Developer got his questions from ChatGPT and didn’t actually think through the appropriate questions to ask regarding my experiences (rapid firing questions without much conversation). I just feel like there wasn’t much reciprocation from him and I quite honestly couldn’t see myself working with him. During the interview I wanted to show some examples of my work and he said “no”. I feel like the team is mostly contractors and people outsourced from different countries. Nothing wrong with that but especially with the Warner Bros merger happening soon and the fact that Warner Bros already has people working in similar roles to this, I’m glad I didn’t get this job due to massive layoffs that’ll probably happen soon due to redundant roles. Wish I could’ve met different people in the team whom I could’ve had an actual conversation with because it was supposed to be a 3 person panel. Questions ranged from “what is you greatest strength/weakness” to “how would you implement a workflow in ServiceNow with a RAG chatbot integration where tickets would properly be managed, documented, appropriately resolved, etc.” Wishing the team best of luck in finding the right candidate (they’ll probably go with someone with more of a technical/SWE/ML background whom they can underpay).
