Pre-screen with recruiter, followed by Zoom interview with person who would be my manager. Very pleasant and easy process. Both recruiter and would-be-manager gave next steps and clear timelines of process.
Two rounds - recruiter and then manager. Very much so behavioral. Recruiter is to figure out where you may fit best at the company. The next interview with the manager is where they figure out whether they want you to work for them
