Paramount Financial Analyst interview questions

Multi step interview process meeting with top level and direct management. Generally, the potential candidate will meet with four different hiring managers in additional to top level management (VP, EVP, CFO)

I was referred by a friend - the coordination of the interview took about a week of back and forth (their HR department I would come to learn is inept). The interview was very informational and there were some curve balls (it was 4 years ago and I don't remember too well). They asked me Finance / Accounting questions, and also asked me a lot about my background and studies (I was fresh out of college then). Overall an informal interview that covered the basics.
