I applied online. I interviewed at Paramount in Feb 2021
Interview
Scheduled the interview, the coordinator messaged me 5 minutes into the original scheduled time to push the meeting back 2 hrs. I didn't mind, this meant I could study more for the interview. Again, 5 minutes into the new scheduled interview time, another message saying they will be late. They arrived 30 minutes late to our rescheduled interview, asked me one question, then ended the interview. Initially when they reached out for an interview, I was ecstatic to even be considered for the role ( given the year we've had), but was so disappointed.
The position is entry level, retail based with 0-2 year of experience. I have a degree in research and analytics and over 5 years of retail management and support ( was more than qualified for the role).
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Paramount (New York, NY) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied several weeks online, received an email from HR, set up an in-person interview, and got an offer about a week later. Very easy interview process, seamless, and HR was very active in helping with decision-making. Not really any room for salary negotiations.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Paramount (New York, NY) in Dec 2017
Interview
campus interview, followed by phone interviews and interviews at new york headquarters. interviewed mostly with vp level executives in the department- most of them were friendly and helpful. slightly intimidating because of the type of room we were interviewed in-- large room with just one table.
