Interviewed with Service Desk Managers/Supervisors. They asked a series of questions. They were actually quite open with the job functions, requirements. They tested my technical skills via scenarios. They also had some direct questions asked.

Interview
As a part of the Interview Process I was scheduled to meet with the HR manager that was handling my overall process and the Client Services Director that I would be potentially reporting to. By the end of the day I ended up also meeting with the HR Generalist for the Ad Sales group, as well as 2 members of the sales teams that I would be working with. Everyone was pretty friendly and straightforward. The HR folks asked more about myself, while the sales people mostly told me about their day to day and what specific accounts they work on.
