Interview lasted about 5 minutes and I was offered a seasonal position. I was accepted because I had some knowledge on snowboarding gear. The job was seasonal but I was later asked to stay on the sales team.

Interview
Interview was quick and easy once they knew that i am knowledgeable in the department/field the position was for. Interview lasted about 5-10 minutes. The interviewer was very nice and excited to add me to their team.
Interviewed with general manager then was sent to deptartment specific manager for questions on tennis gear. Was asked some basic questions on racquets and strings such as benefits of higher string tension vs low string tension or larger racquet head size vs. smaller.

Conversational with HR, friendly and easy. They do open call interviews so you just show up on the day and fill out an application and they'll call you when theyre ready. Seems like them hire on the spot most of the time.
