I applied online, used a former colleague as a reference. I had a sit down interview which included a conversation with a PAC employee who was offsite. It lasted about 2-1/2 hours. It was very congenial but professional. I got an offer about two weeks later.

Question 1
We use an outside vendor to write some of our documents. How would you handle a situation where there was a discrepancy in what we had requested and what they provided?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Panasonic
Interview
Detailed process that is painless with the guidance of the recruiting team. Large building to navigate and very easy to get lost. Getting on-site through the security is a challenge as well.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Panasonic in Jun 2020
Interview
Workday knowledge typical questions, most of the managers were nice, some were not very friendly.
I interviewed with approx 5 managers from all over the US. I felt like everything went well and I was very excited about Panasonic, after waiting for a long time (4 weeks) for a response I got an email saying I was declined.
BUT the strangest thing is that they contacted me 1 month later AGAIN saying that they wanted to interview me again.... that they had a new HRIS role.... when they already declined me the first time and decided to go with other candidates. Of course, by the time they contacted me back (1 month later) I was able to get another offer from another company even on Pandemic times... (what one company was not able to appreciate at the right time other did) it is really sad to see how they handled everything, It did not really inspire any trust in the managers or in the company itself....
Be careful with what type of people you interview and try to read what people/managers are like....
