CV and cover letter, then an online assessment, Phone/Video interview, Assessment centre. Process wasn't very hard. There wasn't any curveball questions. Normal generic questions like competencies and why Sales and why Panasonic.

Interview
1. Phone screen with Recruiter
2. Conversation with an engineer on the team - not technical.
3. Tech challenge via slack and then zoom with 2 members of the team to review.
4. Final round with product managers and then future manager.
Took about 6 Weeks from start to finish.

Tell me about a time when you pushed back on a task you were working on.
It was nice and easy. Not very tough. People were supporting and very calm, enjoined the interview process as well. Hope to have a great work experience with Panasonic
