I was contacted by a Panasonic Talent Aquisition Specialist. He asked me to set up a half hour meeting. When we took the call, he rushed through it in less than 15 minutes. Before we were done, he asked me to go to their website and formally apply for the position and send me latest resume. This would result in my next interview. So I did this. I got the typical email receipt thanking me for applying and then got another email asking me to pick a date for my seconid interview. Before I could pick a date , I received another email saying that my interview was cancelled! ( I did not even set one up yet). So I called the "Talent Specialist" and asked him what about it. I could tell that I caught him off guard as he studdard to come up with a lie and finally said that the email I received was a mistake and that I would soon be contacted to to resume interviews. Needless to say that never happened.
