very good interview experience. Manager shows the lab first, than go back to his office and ask some technical questions, after that, go over some personal behaviors. Takes about 1 hour.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Panasonic (Bothell, WA) in Jul 2013
Interview
Had a phone interview and a one-on-one interview with the future manager. Interview was fairly straight forward. Normal questions. I don't remember any of the specific questions I was asked.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Panasonic
Interview
Applied online through career section of the company website. I got a call from one of the members of HR department asking me about the interest and further information needed for setting up the phone interview e.g. date, time etc. I was told I will be interviewed by their manager and on the day of the phone interview, manager was accompanied by someone from their developers team. Manager asked little bit about my background and experience and then asked politely if I can continue the interview with the developer as he had a meeting to attend to. The developer asked me quite difficult questions, but very much from my resume. Only thing that struck to me was when he tried to prove me wrong on the project output/result which I actually performed. Developer told me he will give the feedback to manager and manager will soon get back to me. Since then I emailed the HR multiple times regarding next step, they replied once or twice, then they stopped replying me at all. Never heard back from them.
