Phone interview with HR, then an on site interview with manager. Fairly straightforward interview gauging my technical expertise and problem solving abilities. Scientific/mathematical knowledge was not tested. My experience was simple, but your experience may differ based on the specific manager you interview with. A tour of the facility showed me what I was in for.
