Next, an onsite interview will consist of a facility tour, meeting a few workers, a lab test to see if you know how to use equipment, a comprehensive aptitude test (concerning circuit design, avionics, and audio-visual concepts and protocols), and finally another interview with the managers. Application I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6+ weeks – i interviewed at Lake Forest, CA. Interview I conducted a email exchange, phone interview and a group interview. Interview consisted of general questions i would expect. No special skills testing was done at the moment of the interview.
