Interview processes from meeting HR at carrer fair to talking to individuals was a total of 2 weeks. Time to get back about the results was about 4 weeks. Interview consisted of a practical hands on portion, 1:1 with team leads, and an aptitude test (they tell you about the test before hand to bring calculators).

The process consisted of a few phone calls - first to make sure you aren't insane, and then to test you on some basic design principals. Next, an onsite interview will consist of a facility tour, meeting a few workers, a lab test to see if you know how to use equipment, a comprehensive aptitude test (concerning circuit design, avionics, and audio-visual concepts and protocols), and finally another interview with the managers. You should know if you are hired within a week of the onsite interview.
