A third part Recruiter starts the process. If you pass, they set up an online meeting with the hiring manager. Hiring manager asks questions about yourself and how you related to the role. They require spesific information about the end customer process.

Industry experience. You need to know target customer’s process already.
No começo fiquei muito empolgada com a entrevista, realizei 4 entrevistas com pessoas diferentes, sendo duas em inglês e o RH me falou que em menos de 1 semana entraria em contato, já se passou mais de um mês e não entraram em contato. Mandei e-mail e mensagem no whats e não obtive resposta. Falta de comprometimento e respeito do RH com o entrevistado.

Interview
I applied for two positions based on my experience. After applying I received an email from the Recruiter saying that they will consider me for only one position since one would offer potential professional growth. During the interview the recruiter was aggressive in discussing the salary; it seems to me like wanted me to feel discourage and put the pressure to accept a lower pay. I moved forward through the interview process (it took 6 weeks) and my last interview with the top management leader was very disappointed; he was focused on the titles of my roles instead of my achievements. His questions were without structure and not friendly at all. He couldn't answer properly my questions at the end.
