I applied online and received an initial phone interview request. He was an outsourced recruiter so he was unable to answer my questions about the company, instead he just asked about my experience and what I am looking for in my next job. It has been nearly a month since the interview, I did not hear back from anyone, but whenever I followed up I always received a reply. While I appreciate the responsiveness, they took way too long keeping me in limbo, and I still have not received any response.

First it started with a phone interview followed up by two formal face to face interviews, fairly standard and people were nice. Discussions about the role and my past experience, what sort of training was to be expected and how I see myself within the company.

Interview
Four interview sessions over 2 months. First was phone call, the last 3 were video interviews. Great experience overall with the hiring manager, but was disappointed that I did not receive personalized feedback (I made it to the final round, rejected after final round interview). Received a generic rejection template, which I believe if you make it that far you should get more individualized feedback as to why you were not a fit for the role.
