One zoom interview asking the basics of education. Past experience. Do you like working in a team. Hypothetical laboratory questions based on techniques. Was told they would compare different candidates. Had an offer about 2 weeks later.

Standard laboratory questions with specific examples.
There were multiple rounds, beginning with a phone interview with HR, phone interview with hiring manager, and then an onsite interview with presentation and one on one interviews with the team
Phone interview with HR that covers work eligibility, salary range, and location, followed by interviews with hiring manager and other members of the research group that you would be joining
The process was pretty quick and there were touchbases. I did meet with about 5 people and everyone was nice and helpful. I would recommend Pall as a great company to work for.
