Because of Covid partial remote and partial on site interview. I started to talk with a recruiter and went through the first interview with HR and the hiring manager and next interviews within the company management team. Very professionally helped me with all steps. It was a very clear and positive experience overall.

Horrendous process. HR TA Venus will ghost you after the interview. Before the interview, will reach out to you and ask a lot of questions. After the interview, rudely became silent. Shows a lack of basic human respect.
Even if they did not decide to select you, they should have basic courtesy to reply.

Interview
Three rounds of interviews. First was a discussion with the hiring manager. We talked about SPC, Data Analysis and several different quality principles. Round two was a conversation with the quality director where I was asked questions about specific projects and how they improved the companies key metrics. Round three was onsite where I talked the team members I would be working with.
