I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pall (New Port Richey, FL) in Mar 2020
Interview
I applied online and a week later received a email from a recruiter for a phone conversation. Talked to the recruiter who then sent my information to the hiring manager and that same day I got an email about setting up a phone conversation with the hiring manager. Had the phone conversation with the hiring manager and that went well so I got an email the next day about an onsite interview to be set up about two weeks in advance. Overall the process was very well organized and recruitment was very timely with responses to any questions I had.

Interview
Simple internal transfer interview. Applied from one BU to another. Hiring manager was good, checked more on character and willing to accept to develop skills for new project. Good opportunity overall.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are the current skills and additional skills can be developed along the project.
The process was long and drawn out. They loved my resume. Loved my work history. Interviewed me 4 times. The last one was a walk through for the job, thought they were going to hit me with an offer but no. I remember the managers side eyeing me when they thought that i was not looking. It was a weird process. I reached out to the interviewers and HR rep but all parties decliend to respond to my email and tell me what it was that went wrong or why they went with another option.
Worked through HR to schedule the interview and discuss questions pertaining to salary range and benefits. Interviewed separately with two division managers in person. The interview questions were structured around responsibilities of the role.
