The online application was responded to next day with a phone interview. I was offered an in person interview within the week. I arrived at the interview early and was kept waiting for over half an hour past the interview time. Upon arrival I was given 3 written tests to complete. An aptitude test, a language proficiency test, and what seemed like an intelligence test. You then do two 1:1 interviews. The reception staff were disorganized and seemed confused about what appointments were for that day. After the interview process they offered me a "training slot" for 1 week of in house training without pay. They also require courses from their website before entering the training to be done on own time. The online courses take the better part of a day to complete. I was offered training class for the next week and they didn't give me access to the online work until the day the class started. Was allowed to take the classes without the base knowledge and spend the next few nights doing the online courses. Because of the delay in the online courses, I was unable to write the final on time and had to wait an extra week. Once the final is written and classes completed they offer positions available based on performance in training. Depending on position offered they may have extra training available which they pay at minimum wage. Once training is complete you apply for shifts at your slightly higher pay rate.
