Two interviews. First is a 10 minute phone interview where they ask some pre-screening questions to ensure your availability + documents are in order. Second is the lengthier one with HR and two other people who ask you questions

2 person, 30 minutes interview. Asking straight forward questions, relax environment. I felt comfortable answering the questions and they were helpful helping me to be relax during the interview. I would suggest.

Simple and straight to the point, I attended a Job fair at Vancouver's Mega Job Fair organized by PICS ,met Paladin Security there, and was called for an interview after careful consideration and exchange of words with the talent team
