The first interview was a simple Javascript test. The second interview was a video call where I was asked for my experience in general and the methodologies of development. Interview was good but as I understand it depends a lot of from who makes it. After I was employed I refer my friend a very skilled guy, and he did not pass the interview process and that makes me very upset.
